What it is
Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles, placed at points your physician selects after assessing your body constitution. Each needle is used once and then discarded.

Your session
Your physician assesses your body constitution first, then places the needles. They stay in for around 20 to 30 minutes while you rest. Most people describe the sensation as a dull, comfortable heaviness.
Common questions
Is it safe?
We use sterile, single-use needles and treatments are performed by a qualified TCM practitioner. Tell us if you are pregnant, on blood thinners, or have a pacemaker.
What does it feel like?
Needles are hair-thin. You may feel a brief pinch, then mild warmth. Most guests find sessions deeply relaxing.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Your physician will suggest a suitable frequency after your consultation.
Pricing
Courses cover acupuncture treatment only; herbal medicine and take-home products are billed separately.
