Reduce Stress
A quieter mind
Unwind the body, and the mind follows.

The TCM view on stress
Stress isn't only in the head. In TCM, prolonged pressure stagnates the liver qi — showing up as chest tightness, shallow breathing, tension headaches, teeth-grinding, digestive knots and a mind that won't switch off.
How we help
- Acupuncture — moves stagnant qi and calms the nervous system; many guests describe leaving "lighter" after the first session.
- Meridian massage — releases the neck, shoulder and jaw tension where stress physically lives.
- Cupping — unblocks the upper back, the classic "stress storage" zone.
- Herbal consultation (RM28) — herbs that smooth liver qi and steady the mood, matched to your constitution.
A small daily reset
Twice a day, breathe out longer than you breathe in — six slow rounds. Long exhales tell the nervous system the emergency is over. Pair it with a warm cup of chrysanthemum or rose tea.
How is this different from a spa massage?
Every session begins with a practitioner assessment — we work on the pattern behind your stress, not just the knots.
I'm always "on". Where do I start?
Start with the first-trial combo (massage + cupping, RM88) or a consultation — the practitioner will map where your tension actually sits.
